Another thick blanket of snow falls as I prepare this week’s menu. Today is my sweet boy’s birthday and he’s getting a snow day. They got out at noon and now they nearly have enough to sled! I’ve been baking a carrot cake by his request, three loaves of banana bread and a pan of granola. It looks like we’ll have plenty of good eats and family time. We also have our monthly mission meal and ideas for feeding a crowd. Enjoy!
