Last week I did so much cooking, I’m taking a small break this week. I definitely veered off the planned menu, so we’ll have some items that didn’t make it incorporated this week. We went to a family reunion, birthday party and my husband and oldest son went camping, along with 4 athletic games. Yes, I’m planning easy meals this week :
- Salmon patties, salad, crock pot sweet baked potatoes, crock pot applesauce reheated on the stove
- Crock Pot Potato Cheese Soup, homestyle cornbread
- Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas, tortilla chips and pico de gallo
- Crock Pot Italian Chicken Lasagna, salad
- Crock Pot Cheese Tortellini, leftover cornbread
- Ham and Cheese Freezer Brunch Casserole, whole wheat chocolate chip pancakes, Fruit
- Whole Wheat Pepperoni and Cheese Stromboli ,salad
- Lunch Box dessert/breakfast: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip muffins and Microwave Prep Granola {Pumpkin}
