There’s no place like the beach house when you have your own home cooking. Though we are 5 hours away, we still eat our healthy freezer food thanks to a cooler and prior planning. Here’s our planned dinner menu subject to change any time on vacation:)
- Spaghetti and meatballs, salad, Artisan bread
- Cheddar ranch burgers, Nathan’s hotdogs, fries for kiddos, spinach salad (croutons from leftover bread), baked beans
- Chicken gyros, salad with homemade Greek dressing
- 5 minute tacos for kids, taco salad for adults, pico de gallo
- Steak fajitas, black bean and corn salsa
- Spicy Mexican local shrimp kabobs, Mexican rice, cheesy black beans
Here’s the frozen items we took:
- Cooked meatballs
- Cheddar ranch patties
- Nathan’s hotdogs
- Italian chicken
- Artisan bread
- Steak fajitas
- Black beans
- Mexican rice
- Cooked Taco meat
- Whole wheat chocolate chip cookie dough balls
- Cheddar bunny Chex mix
