Got any grilled burgers leftovers? We do occasionally and they make a great taco salad the next day. Simply cube a warmed burger (you don’t have to cut all the way through) on a bed of lettuce and pile on your favorite taco toppings. We like Mexican cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, and crushed tortilla chips. It’s an easy way to serve leftover burgers without having to say you’re eating burgers again You may want to grill extra burgers just so you can serve this yummy salad the next day.
