Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffin {Baked in Bulk}


Our favorite fall muffin was baked by my little helper this weekend. 48 pumpkin chocolate chip muffins cooling for our freezer. This super easy recipe only requires a regular 15 oz. size can for two dozen and a large 29 oz. can for four dozen. The larger can is more frugal which causes us to bake in bulk :)

We absolutely love these muffins and two dozen are already gone from the freezer. Hey, we’ve got six of us in this household. Yours might last longer.
