Over 90 Nutritients in Freezer Meals with Moringa





Ever since I received a goody box full of Moringa products, my morning routine has consisted of a cup of herbal tea and  and my Once A Day Bible. I love the selection of tea included with Morninga, Green tea and Cinnamon Tea. My favorite has been the Morninga which is so smooth and delicious. I also like the change of pace with the Cinnamon tea which is also delightful. Sometimes I often have a cup right before bed to relax.



In addition to the tea, I have added nutritional punch to my morning smoothies for the kiddos.


IMG_0118They never knew the strawberry banana smoothie contained over 90 nutrients. In fact, neither did I until read the fine print. That’s one amazing 1/2 teaspoon of leaf powder!

I also added some to my onion and garlic puree before adding it to my crock pot marinara. Now that’s sneaky sauce, shhhhh.




I might as well add them to my freezer meatballs while I’m at it. My kids may not eat their leafy greens, but they are getting them anyway thanks to Moringa.

After trying Moringa for a month, I am pleased to say that no one knew I’ve been packing serious nutrition in our breakfast, lunches and dinners. It’s a fantastic super easy way to add nutrients in my meals. I am quite impressed with the nutrient list and the invisible taste when the recommended amount is used.

I have one tiny confession when I was making my usual tortellini soup, it did not turn out as well when I did not read the directions and scooped two mighty big tablespoons into my soup. Wow, there were some leftovers for a day or two and a day or two after :)

After this one epic fail, I learned how much to add and never told anyone except you about my whee mistake :)
