Menu Plan 1/9-1/15

In a blink of an eye, our children are moving on to a new milestone. I’m thankful I am here to experience new phases my children are going through. Caroline is inching her way to the ground and wants to crawl. I’ll sit her up to play and when I hear her whining, she is on her belly trying her best to succeed with crawling. It’s coming very soon and I’m anxious because I’m NOT ready for this. I guess I better get ready. At least my cabinets are already locked (from my two-year-old) and my freezer is ready.

I’m finally trying a new talipia recipe I’ve printed for months so we’ll see how the kids like it. Caleb finally likes talipia and I’m afraid to mess with his likes, but maybe with ketchup he’ll never taste the difference! Have a blessed week, my friends.

Sunday-Tortellini Soup (I’ll be sharing next week-it can be frozen, of course) and cornbread

Monday-Balsamic Talipia-new recipe, brown rice, salad, carrot sticks

Wednesday-Asian Chicken Skewers with peppers and onions, brown rice and pineapple
