This weekend I finally got around to stocking my freezer with my usual three kinds of marinated chicken. You can see my original post here. I typically marinate 20-30 pounds of chicken at one time. However, this weekend I was short on time and marinated about half that amount. I’ll be kicking myself later.
I also made a quick shoe box batch of flatbread. We had a few with our crock pot baked potato bar.
We like to enjoy these with We like to enjoy these with homemade chicken gyros with homemade Greek Dressing and flat bread pizza which are both on my menu this week.
The Italian chicken is just as yummy without the bread if you’re going low-carb.
And no one in my family can resist flatbread pizza.
