Leftovers for Asian Honey Chicken Salad

We prepared Asian honey chicken tenders on the grill and we had enough leftovers for another meal. Rather than having the same meal twice, I whipped up a salad with baby spinach and topped it with fresh pineapple, slivered almonds, sliced Roma tomatoes and the grilled chicken. It was a nice change from a heavy meal and our taste buds agreed.
