Shhhh, do you want to know the secrets to moist grilled chicken? We always marinate prior to freezing. Italian chicken is one of our favorites because it’s so easy to throw together and freeze. It contains very simple staples you probably have on hand right now. It’s so verstatile for leftovers.
Be careful not to over cook, move cooked chicken to a plate and immediately cover with foil. This seals in the juices and keeps the chicken moist. The juice left on the plate is perfect for freezing leftover convenience chicken for future meals.
This works trick works well for any meat or chicken you plan to freeze. I love having leftovers for quick 5 to 10 minute meals.
