We’re still talkin lunches over here at Mom on A Mission. Last week I shared some cute love notes for lunches and I came across some more ideas for sandwiches. So grab your kiddos sandwiches or your hubbies if you want to be extra sweet and flatter him.

Click here for some very cute wrappers like: your first day of school, (you might have to tweak this one), bon appetit, peanut butter, vegemite, good luck, ham and cheese and salad. I think the concept of wrapping sandwiches is so cute!!
I had the pleasure of hearing Ann Voskamp during a She Speaks conference back in July. I admire her writing and testimony and truly enjoyed her book, A Thousand Gifts–every last page. Today on her blog, I discovered a unique way to spread God’s Word to your family through a simple sandwich. It got me excited, I tell you. I’m excited to pack a sandwich and wrap it with one of these verses from God’s Word. It’s such a unique way of having a family member meditate on scripture.
Now on to freezing. I’ve read about moms freezing sandwiches to have them quick and ready to go in the a.m. Now I don’t do this, but I think it’s a great idea, especially for working moms. What are your thoughts?
Now which sandwiches should I pack? Uncrustables freezes peanut butter and jelly, should I?
What types of sandwiches do you pack? Do you freeze them?
