Freezer Cooking Menu Plan

It feels like fall in the morning and afternoon in the mountains of NC. I’m grateful for our crock pot meals and freezer items I put away weekly to pull our whole foods dinners together quickly at night. With four kiddos in school, our week nights consist of lots of activities, homework, clean-up, etc. I try to carve out at least one power hour a week to make our homemade treats and/or breads and double and freeze certain meals throughout the week.

What’s your method of freezer cooking?
