It’s been a busy week prepping for my largest Freezer Fairy session yet, 9 women. I was thrilled they were able to rock out over 432 servings in about 2 hours. I have such a wonderful job helping others create freezer meals for their family and needy. Be sure to like us on Facebook to stay informed of upcoming menus. My first traditional menu with 48 wholelicious servings just might release this week. I’ll give a shout out when it’s ready!
I released my Freezer Fairy freezer cooking guidebook earlier if you missed it. It’s packed full of resources I use with my local sessions. I hopeyou’ll check it out.
Another full week: I’m freezing some corn, Italain roasted Veggies, triple bean burgers and homemade Beanie Weanies for kid’s lunches this week. I’m sharing creative nut-free lunch ideas with moms at my daughter’s preschool and gearing up for more freezer crock pot recipes to share with you. Fall is just around the corner and there’s a nip in the morning and afternoon air, it’s time to dust of the your crock pot if you haven’t already.
Dinner this week:
- Italian Roasted Vegetables with light Alfredo sauce on whole wheat spaghetti {how to freeze pasta}, salad
- Grilled cheese with crock pot minestrone soup from the freezer
- Crock Pot Beanie Weanies {freezing for kid’s lunches}
- Crock Pot Chili Cheese Relleno Casserole, corn on the cob
- Crock Pot Pepperoni Pizza Pasta {like no boil crock pot ziti with pepperoni}
- Crock Pot Loaded Potato soup, shoe box Artisan Bread
