Oh the fun of school shopping and tax free weekend. Did anyone experience it? I’m shopping for an extra school child with my third going to kindergarten. Our four starts preschool while my oldest is planning to play two sports this fall. We may be eating from our crock pot on the side lines of ball games. Can anyone relate? If you see a family with their portable grill at the next soccer game or cross country meet, it may be us I’m just preparing myself for a busy fall season and hoping to restock my freezer asap.
Good news is, my freezer is stocked with my traditional menu from my personal Freezer Fairy session. And the great news is….this menu is coming this month for purchase on my Freezer Fairy business website. It’s going to have the shopping list, menu planner, freezer inventory, recipe cards and menu ideas for you to prep your very own Freezer Fairy session at home. The best part of all {it’s not about me}, an online video will accompany your pdf to help you see how I prep and freeze 48 wholelicious servings in less than 2 hours. Normally it takes me 2 hours with five clients, but it takes me a little over an hour with one client. Isn’t that spectacular? I’ll keep you posted about the menu release on my Freezer Fairy facebook page. I’ll be having some giveaways and excitement within a matter of weeks.

- Chicken Gyros on shoe box flatbread, salad with homemade Greek dressing
