It’s camping week around here because I’ve got some fun recipes we tried at the campground last week. Our camping menu was a big hit and we had fabulous weather. I can’t wait to share campfire cones, campfire dogs and easy grilled pizza for a crowd. We discovered our three year old daughter’s Sunday School teacher at the campground and had their family over by the campfire. Isn’t camping grand?

- Taco Salad for adults and Potato Nachos using crock pot taco meat with black beans and corn, homemade pico de gallo with avocado
- Crock Pot Enchiladas with leftover taco meat and homemade enchilada sauce
- Grilled Shoe box Pizza and salad with homemade Greek Dressing
- DIY Tupelo Honey Sweet Potato Pancakes, fried eggs, turkey bacon, fresh fruit
- Crock Pot Manicotti and strawberry spinach salad with Poppy seed dressing
- No Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie bars
