We are having beautiful, sunny weather in Asheville, NC. The leaves are turning and fall is in the air. My kiddos are looking forward to fall festivals and I’m looking forward to sports schedules slowing down in a few weeks. Until then, we are still crockin’ up a storm with freezer meals at our house.
Dinner this week:
- Salmon patties, salad, crock pot sweet baked potatoes, crock pot applesauce reheated on the stove
- One Pot Chicken Lo Mein {made with Freezer Italian Chicken and homemade chicken broth}
- Bulgogi {Korean Beef pictured above} with crock pot fried rice {how to freeze pasta} Asian Egg rolls
- Bulk Crock Pot Marinara with spaghetti and meatballs {how to cook and freeze Italian Meatballs}
- Crock Pot Philly Steak Sandwiches, salad
- Ranch cheddar burgers and triple bean burgers, grilled sweet potato fries
- soup and sandwiches TBA
What’s crockin’ at your house? Do you prepare freezer meals for the crock pot?

Hi Jackie! I don’t rely on freezer cooking myself, but I do have some meals stashed in the freezer. I do use the crock-pot multiple times a week, and have up to 3 crock-pots going at a time, making yogurt, or granola, or chicken stock, or dinner, etc… I did make
10 crock-pot chicken freezer meals at one time and figured they each cost $5.64. God bless you, your family, and your ministry!
I like this post a lot, I’ve got it pinned for future reference. I’d really like to try Thai on my family, can you believe I’ve never had it?
