My oldest daughter is celebrating her 13th birthday this week. I’ll show you how we feed 30 on a budget with a homemade ice-cream cake and more. We’re still in high gear running to soccer and baseball, three schools, games, practice and church. Anyone else right there with us? Freezer cooking is how I feed my family of six affordably and healthy. Here’s our menu:
- Crock pot chickadilla soup using fajita chicken {taking this to outdoor Bible Study}
- Southwest Steaks using Southwest Freezer Rub, crock pot baked potatoes, salad, Artisan Bread {how to bake 4 loaves at a time}
- BBQ Chicken Calzones using pulled chicken leftovers and shoe box dough
- Sweet Potato Pancakes using Pancake Freezer Mix, fried Egglands Best Eggs, Turkey bacon
- Crock Pot Cheese Tortellini, salad, Artisan Bread loaf with olive oil dipping sauce like Carrabbas
- Italian Chicken Gyros on homemade shoe box flatbread, salad with homemade Greek Dressing
- Chicken Enchilada Spaghetti with fajita chicken leftovers and freezer enchilada sauce
Did one know I’m one of the twelve semi-finalists in this year’s Eggland’s Best Chief Egg Officer Contest. Squeal………!!!!!
I’m hoping you will support my love of eggs and make an eggcellent choice by voting for me. You can vote more than once if you have already;) Thank you in advance for supporting my blog and my love to share Christ via freezer cooking/make ahead food.
I feel incredibly blessed by God to share this method with such a wide audience and perhaps WIDER audience if I win.
Please take a few seconds of your time and vote for me, Jackie B. here. And please confirm your vote via your email {I apologize for this 2-step process}.
Now please tell me you have tried my tried and true method of the World’s Easiest Boiled Eggs. If not, what are you waiting for?
