I recently made a 2-pound bag of black beans in the crock pot. Whenever you give this mom fresh black beans, she makes a double batch of scrumptious black bean burgers and freezes them. Oh yes, I love these easy burgers and you can use can black beans. I just love to make extra beans for the freezer and have burgers too. It’s a double win.
I also found a new way to shape these beautiful patties. I use my English muffin ring to have perfectly portioned burgers.
