Crock Pot Rosemary and Pineapple Spiral Ham

You know I love simplicity, my crock pot and natural sugar. Put the three together along with a spiral ham and you’ve got one easy, delicious entree for Thanksgiving or any holiday. Or who needs a holiday for this main dish? Just stock up when ham goes on sale and save this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 spiral ham {I use a 6-quart slow cooker}
  • 4-6 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 4-6 cloves of smashed garlic
  • 1 large can of pineapple including juice

Directions:

1. Score the ham and insert smashed garlic cloves and  rosemary sprigs.

2. Place ham in crock pot. Pour pineapple and juice on top of ham.

2. Crock on low 6-8 hours.
