A horrendous cold has kept me from posting as much as I would like, but I’m getting back on track by making these delicious cheddar ranch burgers. Over the weekend I prepped a triple batch made from 97% lean ground turkey. Two batches went into the freezer for future meals. I was anxious to try out a new Lodge cast iron griddle I purchased on Amazon.
I’ll post more about it when I’m feeling 100% and my cold is better.
