Calling Local Girls to become a Mom on a Mission

A new class is open to Asheville locals. I’d love for you to join us. My daughter comes along and helps me. We make whole wheat chocolate chip cookies, bread in a shoe box, Italian meatballs, casseroles and more. Everything is freezer-friendly and I equip you with the knowledge to have successsful results cooking, cooling, thawing and re-heating. It’s a fun girls-night out! Grab your apron and set aside six Thursdays for this cooking adventure.

Beginning August 18, learn how to cook healthy meals to stock your freezer for family and others. Join a community of women who share the love of Christ through “prepare ahead meals”.  Jackie Brown will lead this six-week class on Thursday evenings at Biltmore Baptist Church in Arden, NC, Room B211 at 6:30 p.m. Registration is $5 for freezer supplies. Participants bring their own cooking supplies and food ingredients.
