Baked, Cooled Sweet Potatoes are Freezer Friendly

You’ll never believe these sweet potatoes were frozen months ago (so many I don’t remember). I had extra baked and cooled and I placed two in a quart size freezer bag. I decided it was time to reheat these whole sweet potatoes today and this is how they looked.

They were delicious. I sliced the whole potatoes in half and heated them on high for five minutes .Then I patted them with butter and sprinkled cinnamon and drizzled them with honey. The texture and taste was just like it were baked fresh! I just saved myself at least forty-five minutes of baking time and my house is still cool during these hot summer months.
